Marketplace activity data, including jobs, applications, hires, evidence submissions, reviews, and messages.
Payment and payout metadata from payment providers, including transaction IDs and payout status.

To operate marketplace workflows such as matching, job execution, evidence review, payment release, and dispute handling.
To prevent fraud, abuse, policy violations, and unauthorized access.
To improve reliability, safety, and product performance.
3. Legal Bases and Disclosure
We process data to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, and protect legitimate business and safety interests.
We may disclose data to service providers (for example auth, hosting, and payments) as needed to operate the platform.
We may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or to enforce platform rights and policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce policies.
Some records, including financial and moderation records, may be retained for compliance and audit requirements.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can update profile information in account settings and adjust organizational metadata where available.
You may request account deletion, subject to legal retention and platform integrity requirements.
You may contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests.
7. Children
The service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Use
The MVP is currently US-focused. If data is transferred across jurisdictions, we use appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this policy as features, legal obligations, and risk controls evolve.
